Camp Delight is a week long overnight camp for children and youth ages 7 to 17 years, who are children living with or beyond cancer, their siblings, and bereaved siblings
. A one-day Day Camp is also offered for children ages 5 to 9 years, which takes place during the regular camp week.
Day camp is for children are either not ready or are too young to attend the full week of camp.

Monsignor Mccarthy council who owns Camp Mccarthy houses the children and staff and prepared over 1400 meals . Kids from all over the province enjoyed their new home . NTV was on hand to do reporting.
On October 11,Gerard Butt and hi wife visited St. Mary’s Church in New Haven . He took the opportunity to drop by and say a prayer at the resting place of Blessed Michael McGivney.

Our Lady of Perpetual Fourth Degree Assembly in Stephenville braved the wind and the cold to officially raise the Canadian Flag on National Flag Day, February 15 2024.
Dalton Assembly 1645 in Harbour Grace commemorated Canadian Flag Day (February 15) with Mass at St. Joseph's Church, Father Emmanuel as celebrant. Faithful Navigator Eugene Hurley read a Flag Day Proclamation before Mass. The Fourth Degree Color Corp provided the Honor Guard, Flags were distributed, the congregation sang O Canada, and following Mass, Cake and refreshments were served. Three State Officers, including State Deputy Gary Gallagher were in attendance.

Grace Gerard Butt presented a donation on behalf of Bishop O'Reilly Fourth Degree Assembly #0624 to Father Emmanuel at St. Joseph's Church for St. Anne's Cemetery (Spaniards Bay) Fund in memory of Father John Peddle who passed away last July. On hand for the presentation were one of Father John Peddle's brothers, a niece, and State Deputy Gary Gallagher. Started our series of COR faith development gatherings during Lent at The Most Holy Redeemer Cathedral in Corner Brook. Our first gathering was related to praying the new
way of the Rosary and discussions .

Father Terry and Father Lainey certainly put together a very successful first gathering with three more gatherings in March.
Monsignor E.J. O'Brien Assembly #1600, Labrador City, held their annual Regional Speak-Off on Monday, February 26, 2024, with 11 students from Menihek High School competing.
